Road Safety 

We are delighted to have been awarded a ‘Good’ Accreditation once again this year! 

Information will be shared with the children and our school community throughout the year on how to keep safe when travelling to and from school.

We are very lucky to have our wonderful Road Crossing Patrol office affectionately known as 'Carole Lollipop' who has worked at Swing Gate for over 40 years.

Campaigns we will be supporting are 'Be Bright Be Seen'; 'Stop Means Stop'; 'Walk to School Week'; all working towards keeping our children safe.

Hertfordshire's 'Active and Safer Travel Team' visiting us to present road safety assemblies to the children; run scootability courses alongside our staff.
